Weight Loss to Date

162.4 this morning. Gained 0.2 from last night. I don't know how that's possible, unless its all just water weight shifting. Whatever, I'm not gonna think about it.

I'm really afraid I'm gonna get to July when I move and I'm not gonna be 140. That's my goal. Its three months away. I am afraid I'm gonna still be grappling with the 150's. Its been such an uphill struggle since I lost the first 20 lbs. They came off in a month's time and I've been struggling ever since. Oh, I also may see my Dad in July, he's coming from Puerto Rico to the states for vacation, so he was gonna try to make it here... My Dad always has something to say about my weight.

I just need to lose 20 lbs in three months. Obviously I will want to lose more... my ultimate goal is 140, but before I leave for my new home...


  1. Hey don't beat yourself up so badly! 20 lbs in a month is AMAZING, AMAZING progress. It took me several months for 5 lbs.

    i am sure you can do it and loose 20 pounds in 3months it is totally do-able.
    so lets just keep going and soon we will be skinny and hot.


  3. Wow, we're like in the exact same place right now. I can't seem to get through the 150s into the 140s, my weight's been yo-yoing from 162 to 157 for the past two months.... This fucking sucks.

    But guess what? We can do this! I know we can. 140 by July, that's a little under 2 pounds a week! That's not so bad. Stay strong!

  4. Yup that sucks. I'm having the same problem. But as Alice said, you've already lost 20lbs in a month. Therefore, you can keep losing.

    Anyways, maybe it's because you've started running again so you're gaining muscle mass again. (So technically, if that's true, you're losing fat!)
